The Project

Wyndham Dental is a locally owned and operated Practice that has been serving its patients with excellent dental care for over 30 years in Victoria, Australia. They are a family-oriented clinic with QIP Dental Practice Accreditation. They provide a range of high quality dental treatments and solutions including dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry and much more.

Challenges

  • Intense Market Competition: Situated in a densely populated area with many dental clinics providing similar services, Wyndham Dental faced the challenge of distinguishing itself in a crowded marketplace.
  • High-Quality Lead Acquisition: The clinic required not just any leads but high-quality prospects likely to convert into patients needing specific dental treatments such as dentures, implants, aligners, veneers, and whitening.
  • Limited Budget: With a restricted budget for Meta Ads, it was essential to optimize ad spending to ensure the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

Strategy

Our approach for Wyndham was to generate interest through meticulously designed creatives and copy, capturing the attention of patients in need of dental care. We built a broad prospecting campaign targeting Wyndham’s service area, which also generated leads and accumulated an audience high enough to remarket. Once we got the remarketing audience accumulated, we’d launch a bottom funnel campaign to close in on an already interested audience.
